7 years and I've probably been to Ramen Tatsu more than any other restaurant in Vegas. If I want ramen, I only want to go to Ramen Tatsu. And true to my first review, the curry ramen is still the crown jewel here, along with their deliciously spicy options. I've had curry ramen elsewhere, and it's always that thick, curry udon sort of broth. Way too heavy. This broth is light, it must just use curry powder and not a roux. It's so damn good. I dabble between the Spicy and the Jigoku Entry Level. One leaves me wanting more and one makes me cry. It's the most satisfying bowl of ramen you can have in Las Vegas. Another highlight that mustn't be overlooked is their cold summer noodles that are only available in the summer. I recommend the sesame or spicy sesame sauce. The big league move is to get the curry ramen for dine in then take the cold noodles to go for the next day. I swear one of the greatest joys of my life is sitting in one of Ramen Tatsu's booths, anticipating a bowl of curry ramen. Top that off with a cold Asahi beer on draft and you're in heaven. Ramen Tatsu has gotten a lot more shoutouts over the years but its further distance from the main Chinatown drag seems to make sure it's never too packed. Anyone who knows good food in Vegas knows this particular strip mall is full of winners though, and Ramen Tatsu is no different. Long live Ramen Tatsu! King of ramen in Las Vegas.

It's my favorite ramen in Vegas. I have tried a lot in Vegas, there's nothing like this. It's like being home, eating good food. Now, let's discuss the Katsu Curry. seriously, I don't even care or wanna bother trying other places, you can try to convince me, but I can assure you that this curry is is the best on earth. Order it with a side of spicy sauce. This is god gift to curry. A great pairing for this dish is the HANA SAKÉ - trust me, slightly sweet but not overpowering at all. And an absolute delicious pair with the curry. Go for it.

So glad we tried Ramen Tatsu! It's a small place that packs a huge punch in your tastebuds! GETTING SEATED: We walked in on a Sunday evening (6pm-ish). It was pretty full but we were lucky enough to be seated right away in the only available table, which was a booth (score!). SERVICE/STAFF: Service was quick. Staff was super friendly. There wasn't a moment that the staff wasn't checking in with you making sure you had what you needed and are enjoying everything. THE FOOD: We ordered ramen and it was so delicious! The broth was as creamy as can be and the noodles cooked to perfection. I love that they serve powdered green tea matcha, not bagged. If you like ceremonial matcha, you'll love their matcha here. PARKING: Parking was PACKED. But be patient because this place is worth it. This is a high vibration place and it translates in the people, food, ambiance, and customers.

If you're looking for a quality ramen spot, check out Ramen Tatsu. It's located off the strip tucked away in a plaza filled with other restaurants. The ramen was delicious, felt like I was in Japan again. The noodles tasted homemade and the broth was perfect. The karaage was light and not oily at all. Gyoza was crispy on the outside and overall tasty. Service was super friendly and quick. Hope to come back soon!

My gosh, haven't had this place in years and I REGRET NOT COMING IN SOONER! EASILY, my favorite ramen in Las Vegas! As a local, I really do avoid this plaza because parking is so horrid, so it's been a while. But enduring the bad parking or parking across the street to walk over is so worth it. My tsukemen ramen was heaven. I loved their tsukemen ramen! Noodles are so chewy and perfectly thick to absorb the soup. I also liked how I can customize the spice level to it. I got medium and it was perfect! More than just a kick and a whole lot of flavor. We also ordered the curry, which was also flavorful! It was perfect to share for two since we both got our own ramens as well.

Best beef bowl I've ever had!!!! 100/10 It was flavored and textured perfectly. The tonkotsu ramen was good, would give it a 7.8/10. Less than $12 and portion size is good. The cha shu was really tender and flavored well. Would definitely be back.
